My Name is Josh Maude and I specialise in fat loss and toning for women, we use our own indoor ladies only facility to change women’s life giving them more confidence and live a better quality of life.
Your more than likely reading this because you hate the way you look, you hate the way that dress in your wardrobe fits you, you have no energy and just fed up of how you look.

Josh, huge thanks, I never thought I would say this but I’m really enjoying the exercise. Each session is different and you are always really patient with me, as despite trying to remember the activities at each station, I do forget 😀. Gutted that the sessions are being paused because of COVID. Look forward to seeing you again in December.
Absolutely loved it. I don’t do gyms so vision fitness was a welcomed alternative. The range in different exercises and equipment was vast and Josh was extremely helpful and supportive. Highly recommended ⭐️

He instantly made me feel comfortable and pushed me to reach my full potential. All 3 sessions were different and varied each week, which made it more exciting and challenging. Been going to your vision fitness since January and absolutely love it! Every session is different so you never get bored of the same workout! The ladies are a really friendly group so made lots of new friends. Josh is a great trainer and supports you with weight loss too. Best move I made!!
I started with Josh on the 6 week trial and really loved it. I have recently signed up for the monthly subscription. I have tried several gyms, done various fitness classes but always end up quitting. I love the variety you get with Vision Fitness. The routines changes every couple of days so you don’t get bored. You work for yourself and at a level that suits you. You are not in competition with anyone so you don’t feel like you have to keep up. Josh is always on hand to adapt, adjust and advise. Would definitely recommend.
I found your vision fitness while searching small gyms, after loosing my confidence with going to the the big open space gyms. This program has been amazing and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I now feel I have my confidence back and already feeling stronger and fitter.
